In this role, the recruiting manager will work closely with team managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
They will be responsible for sourcing candidates online job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
Once potential candidates have been identified, the recruiting manager will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the scheduling of subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
Throughout the recruitment process, the manager will ensure that all candidates are treated fairly and consistently, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The recruiting manager will play a key role in on-boarding new employees, ensuring necessary training and support for success.
This includes coordinating orientation sessions, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and connecting new hires with mentors and resources.
This individual will also assist in admin support, sales, and all general business practices with opportunities to grow and take on greater responsibilities.
